Shaman Quest - any word from Developers?

I'm going to lose my quest within a day because I can't transfer my Generals to start the game.

I submitted a ticket Friday night but have not heard a thing back from them.

Has anyone heard a thing about this quest?

I don't want to cancel it, in case the powers that be need to do a "behind the scenes" investigation of it, but I do have other quests I need to do.

*sigh*

Any information would be appreciated.
