Zone server crashed

When loading map, I get message: Server Zone Crash: An error was detected on this zone. Please try again.

and from what I gather no one else can visit my island either.

Tried reloading, refreshing, restarting browser, clearing cache, flash cache, etc... still nothing.
What can I do?

Have not had any problems before. PLEASE HELP!!
I did send in a ticket on June 30th, and have not had any response to it in over 24 hours. Please Help me!!!

These are things the customer support will have to investigate on each individual account. We are working on tickets in the order they were received.

To make sure that you receive a response to your ticket when the agent receives it, please ensure that you have a valid e-mail address attached to your account. If you receive the automatic response, you will definitely receive your individual response. We try to answer everyone's ticket within 48 hours. There are only rare instances, with increased ticket loads that this cannot happen. Thanks for your patience!
