Old Ruins Error

I got through the entire Old Ruins Event Adv. I killed the final Boss/baddy at the end. And!..... nothing. The adv didnt trigger me killing the last camp/Boss. even though I still have the combat report showing I killed it, the game wouldnt trigger the last requirement to finish the adv. So I wasted all that time, troops etc and I didnt even get the credit for finishing the Adv. I really dont have any desire to do any of the event quests anymore. Most arent any fun. The Shaman was a joke and all it did was destroy a ton of troops for nothing. 14+k xp. and nothing.

oh and the developers never return emails either when im trying to report issues with the game.

The voucher code for Old ruins code seems to be bugged. It says it will email shortly but never got it.

I have not been able to successfully complete a quest, and be rewarded for it since Phase 2 began. It seems all anyone cares about is balloons and more balloons. I'm happy for those on the Zeus server who are in the running for the coins, and wish them all the best.

I do wish that there was an Opt Out option for those of us who just don't want to participate in contests. Daily I am told to do this or that quest by the jester but I don't have the quest, can't find them anywhere, my explorer does not find them and they're filling up my quest log.

I did email support, and I hear nothing in return. Frankly I expected better from BB.

In the meantime I've shut everything down except mines, wood, water wheat, hunting and gold coin production. I do check in daily and I'm playing my Steam games until this contest is over. In my quest log are these: Complete the Adventure: Retro Quest - Did this 3 times - no reward, no longer available for me to try again - Buff One of your friends bldgs, have done this at least 2 if not 3 days now with no reward - Complete Hero Wanted Quest - Same ol Tune - No Longer Have Quest, never was rewarded for it - One Quest - Tropical Island I was told my Explorer would find and as of yet, nada. Have donated swords, bread and other things that was requested for Quests but received the rewards? Nope.

I for one will be glad when things go back to normal and I hope fervently that we be given an OPT OUT choice in future contests. I would take it. Thanks for listening to me rant, its more than I seem to be getting from support.

I did get the code, but with all the talk about how buggy the adventures seem to be I am very reluctant to try one until things get straightened around. I have the Shaman, Old Ruins, Stealing from the Rich and Witch of the Swamp. Another reason I'm reluctant at this point is my military is still 2 generals and I'm trying to get enough gold to get another one from the merchant, perhaps.
