We can do it, but yea US isnt favored why does everyone else get 300% gem sales when we get 50%
If every comment about "this event isn't fair", "we are so disadvantaged on this event", "this event is just a waste of ressources" had to include a screenshot of the donation of 25k balloons we'd be ranked #1 ...

In the first phase we were #14 out of over 30. I expected the Germans to blast ahead, but I had hoped in phase 2 we would do at least as well as we did in phase 1 and be somewhere close to the middle ranking.
This is an international competition and I'm embarrased by what we're showing the world right now. All the European players have got to be laughing at us cause we're certainly not showing much character, spirit or pride in our country. Things get a little hard, things don't go our way, and we fold up like a paper bag.
I think of all the times I see people on TV chanting USA!! USA!!! or We're number One!!! And I have to say to myself..... Really? In what universe?

The basic problem is that no one knows how the numbers were calulated. 100% of what? A number of baloons, but how did someone come up with that number? Fair and balanced? Who says? Show me the numbers.
Suppose that they didn't tell you what the XP was needed to get to the next lvl. They just told you when you made it. No one would be happy. That is what we have today and no comments or explanations from BB. A hell of a way to run a railroad.
If something can go wrong, it will.

2. Login for a week yes. BUT more GEMS 600+ more in addition to your login in once a week. That's quite a bit of gems don't you think?
We won't win the fastest or the most, but we should be able to win the 200% prizes. So let's stop sitting around crying about it.
Also if you want to hurt BB the best way is to win the 200% goals. That's gems they have to give away. Gems that people could be buying.

All this fussing is over the fact that we can't win the fastest/most balloons competition aspect. But really we should already accept the fact that we will never get those- we should at least complete the race.
It's like any race. You can race to win, or you can race just to finish the race and get the prize for participating. We're already 50%+ into this race. we might as well finish it for the prizes.
And rumor has it that they're buffing the Settlers 2 HQ population count. SO that means if we're not getting that building we're so missing out on a once in a lifetime chance of a unique building with a good boost in pop!
BB is the one winning here you know, because of all the resources getting plunged into this, market prices are going up and people will be buying more gems to compete...I bet far more gems will be bought than they are giving away once this is over =)
But hey I could be wrong...I just dont like how this whole thing has panned out, its far from enjoyable.
