I am just as confused about this thread as anyone else, however, there are a few misconceptions that I would like to clear up. Nobody on the NCSA support team manages anything on the test server. The test server is a convenience provided on an as-is basis and does not receive support.

AsiaStrings is an active member of several communities of The Settlers Online players. We appreciate our active players but she is not an employee of Ubisoft or BlueByte.

Lastly, if there is something I missed in the thread, feel free to send in a ticket and explain the situation to us. I promise to look at it.
