Defeat the first bandit leader camp quest keeps popping open and says accept reward

same here, been doing it for a long time. no response to the ticket. Oh well. back after THE event, lol.

I have had the same problem for for a few months now. I have written several tickets and get nowhere. I am now finding that the system hangs when it pops up. So it has gone from annoying to problematic. I have dedicated time and money to this game and i enjoy it, but my patience is growing thin. I've timed the pop up to pop as often as every 15 seconds!!
I hope someday to have it over and done with before i'm overdone.

this is also happening to me. i too have writtens tickets and it is causing my game to freeze. i don't thinks the devs care.

What you are experiencing is a known bug, and the development team is aware of the situation and is working towards resolving it. We do ask for your patience while they work towards resolving it.

There are a couple things you can do to limit and possibly eliminate the freezing problem:

-Make sure that no other or a very small amount of Flash applications are open while you play, they can eat up a lot of memory.
-Periodically clear your Flash Cache files and your browsers cache files. Think of this as changing your oil in your car.
-Keep your Flash and browser up to date. Sometimes you will not be warned if there is a new update to either your browser or your Flash, its best to manually check.
