The "Helping Those in Need" Quest doesnt complete me either. Buff after buff to my friends, no acknowledgment of it. Settler shortage still isnt working either.

These stupid balloon quests don't always load.

I have at least two that I've clicked on in the Star menu that just grey out and then vanish yet still appear in the Quest book.

"The Shaman" is one that I clicked on, it turned grey in the Star menu, then vanished.

And in the "A Little Concern" quest, I played the first link in the Quest, "A New Challenge" and cannot play the rest of the links that follow as, again, "The Shaman" quest vanished.

One other thing. This is an English language version of the game, therefore please make the responses to question in a format used in English. For example: -

Do you want to Leave the Quest (Or whatever the question is) The option should be "Yes/No" NOT "No/Cancel". That makes no sense in English.

Ask all questions in the game so that they can be answered with a "Yes" or a "No", not "Cancel". In the chat room. lots of people, like me, get confused over the poor English used in the game.
