    Glitch??

    has come to my attention recently that when my barracks is active churning out troops of the high level variety; any player that can't make said troop is not allowed to visit my island while that occurs. so anytime i'm building elites or cannons, players under level 41 are unable to visit me for any reason. i'm guessing that is a glitch of some kind, considering this game fosters friendship and cooperation. please look into it on behalf of the players when able. thank you

    Also applies to provisions house converting balloons.

    Was converting expert items my buffers could not produce.

    once that was finished, they could access my island.
