    That is given. Leaders can step down, and the other way is the inactive.

    I could assign a number from 1 to 5. The number 1 would be able to accept or decline. If declined, the option goes to number 2, until it reaches 5. If at that point, all 5 have declined, then a default based on a vote by the guild members.

    i think around a solid month of inactivity issues a Vote from all members for a new leader.

    As per testing....I believe it is now 30 days...the GL can choose up to 3 players (not necessarily officers) to succeed them.
    The successor needs to have a guild house to accept.
    Useful tool to assist the leader if they need a break

    I agree, the next person in line should be one of the Officers the Guild Leader had, not a random person out of the guild. Officers in most guilds were picked by the Leader because they trusted them !!!
