"Death to the Leaders" won't end

This "quest" pops up every few minutes, making the game all but unplayable.

This has been going on for six months! Many tickets have been submitted and always the same response; "The developers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it".

How difficult can it be? Or is it that the developers have better things to do than ensure that the game is playable?

I thought it would end after reaching level 46, but it has only gotten worse!

I'm not long for this abuse on what used to be a very enjoyable game.
