Noble Building disappeared

I moved a L3 Noble house, to a spot where a marble mine later appeared. At first it looked okay in that it looked like the mine was behind the building and everything seemed okay. That was yesterday. Today I logged on and the Noble house is gone and my settler population says I have 50 more than the maximum I can have. I attached a screenshot of my settler population and right under that is where the mine appeared. Will my Noble House return when the mine is depleted so I can move it away from there? I used to have a water well there and the mine would always appear in the spot adjacent to the water well (an alternate mine spot), never where the water well was. What can I do to get my L3 Noble house back?

Okay the marble mine was mined out and I deleted the abandoned mine, logged off and on and nothing. Building didn't return.

That is correct! If you ever feel like you need something fixed on your account individually the best thing to do is contact support. The forums are great for troubleshooting technical issues that others may have or reporting bugs though, so don't stop posting! =D

If it was a noble bought with gems, the noble will be in star menu...If it was a noble built with resources, it is gone, but you should have gotten the building license back. The same happened to me before with a marble mason, lost the mason building, but had the license back and rebuilt it. Just don't put any buildings on top of the mine again. Lesson learned.
