Provision House Locking Up! Losing People!

I guess I wont be buying Gems ever again.
I have spent my entire night building up residence and army just to get nowhere.

My Provision house kept hanging up all night so I would log out and come back in. Did this quite a few times before I realized something wasn't right. It seemed every time I came back in I was never getting ahead, this last time I verified what I had suspected. After logging out, the people being built were gone! No they were not added to my count or to my star menu. I have built and lost so many people tonight its insane.

I'm sorry but I wont waste my money on Gems just to have them stolen from me by the game.
Wow I am extremely upset about this bull crap! I absolutely feel cheated!
