Access to Other Guild Members Islands

All of a sudden this morning unable to get to the islands of all of the membes of our guild. Was able to yesterday but this morning, after maintenance it is not working properly.

There is a glitch that will not allow you onto an island that has troops queued which you yourself are not a high enough level to train.

There are a few things you can do to fix this situation.

1: Before logging into the game try clearing your cookie and cache files from the web browser you are using.

2: Try using another one of the supported web browsers for the game: Fire Fox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome.

3: Make sure you are using the currently available version of your web browser, as an older version may no longer be supported for the game.

4: Make sure you are using the most recent version of Adobe Flash. http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

5: Also try clearing your Flash cache files. You can find the steps on how to do this here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4278569

Please be aware that having multiple Flash applications at once will cause lag, server crashes, and flash crashes. Please try to limit the number of Flash based web applications you have running while trying to play the game to have the best experience. Such applications include YouTube, Pandora, and other Flash based games.

The island glitch happens while creating buffs as well. Clearing cache and cookies may resolve the issue in some cases. If these things do not work, as you copied from Mr. Grimm's post, create a ticket with the above mentioned information.
