Asiastrings has informed me (and others too :P ) that Testing server is down.

Actually- 7/27/13 USA - [18:28] [UBI] BB_DXTed2: Nothing from Germany. If we hear anything here, we'll let the players know.
All I know is BB_SlasH had a maintenance scheduled for July25th, server was pulled down very short time. Personally; I found nothing changed nor did he post anything at all. Which I found strange, he always says something to us.
My biggest concern is the fact that its shut down on weekend. It is what 3:44AM in Germany Sunday...

LoL all my translator friends are from Brit servers, imagine that!
This will be all I am allowed to comment on this server, concerning this matter, a reminder- I am from there, I am not allowed to cross over... therefore I am going to follow my orders not to... (everyone else, this does not effect you, is personal choice).
