I came to the forum today with the express purpose of asking someone to explain to me what the advantages are of being in a guild, and also what requirements need to be met, and I saw your post.

I read a lot in the forums while I'm waiting for things to develop in my game and I see a lot of your posts and you seem very knowledgeable so would you kindly give a list of the pros and cons of being in a guild?

Is is expensive? Do you need to be able to purchase gems to advance your game if you are in a guild? Some players can't do that, because of fixed incomes. Some players won't do it if you believe what you read here in the forums.

I would like the camaraderie of a guild but I'm not able to expend funds and I'm afraid that would exclude me.

I appreciate any advise you'd be willing to share.

What is a guild?
Its a group of players that join to work as a team...lots of fun chat....contests...helping each other move up...shared adventures.
Cost: Zero....just do the guild quests in a timely manner so you and the rest of the guild can receive Guild Coins.
Guild Coins can be used to buy stuff you can't buy or special deals they give to guilds

I belong to the Guild called ODDE....if interested....friend me and we can chat (requirements: 18 and over and active)
