You used to be able to submit a support ticket asking to have your acct reset. Not sure if those requests are supported anymore.

T_D i dont think that is allowed by not 100%sure- u may want to look into that BUT if you do start a new accnt make sure to submit a ticket and make BB aware of that and if anything they can disable your prior account
Well all i can say is check around the forums for rules, and/or send a ticket requesting info on the subject.
