I have tried to play and the page say i violated some rules but wont say what? I wasnot rude to anyone made some friends and was plying for about 3 days when this happen i really want to play my mom's account on facebook got blocked too. so she says tough it was only a stupid free game.
but I was really just getting into it. does this happen to all players?
How do I do that? the accounts is through facebook. Do I contact facebook or what? Also there are a lot of other people in the apartmennt build I told about this game and my friend Simon upstairs says his dont work either now. did they shut the whole building down this makes me cry.

thank you lady kalani I have sent them 2 messages with no response. I am still blocked and so are my friends. I dont understand how they could do this to us on a weekend I wanted to have some fun. this is very upsetting. Do you think we got hacked?

All I got was a robot letter. Now my mom is convinced that the game is broken and no good. She wont let me spend money on it for extra gems now. The neighbor told us the game has a virus to stay away from it. He is a bit of a jerk but was playing on it too before they blocked all of us. Simon was playing and I guess he will forget about it and return to his guild wars and stuff. It is not fair.

If the apartment building has a shared router/isp, it may complicate the matter of them understanding that there are several people each using their own account.
The robot letter is always the 1st response.
It takes time for them to get to each issue and respond.
They still may not settle this is your favor if they think resources were being pushed.
