I'm brand new to TSO, but I've played lots of browser ftp games and thought I'd try this one 'cause I figured Ubi could at least do a better job at servers and such. You're kind of scaring me away right now.

Don't be scared - this has to be the longest maintenance in over a year thus far
and besides, BB will make up for w/ some nice reward!! . . . or else!!

If the server is going to be down, can it atleast be down for a week so you can just tell us and we can do something else with our lives. I am sitting here clicking refresh every 5 minutes and thats worse than rebuilding wheat fields and wells. Oh.....wait, I don't do that either. Carry on UBI. I bet this happened cause BB_DXTed chat banned the whole server.

It's not a technical issue, it's a professionalism issue. I don't care if the hamster's local 121 called a walkout in the server farm, Acknowledge and Communicate. "Community Support" is in 100% failure-mode.
