I'm having a lot of problems getting the game to acknowledge my login. I copy and paste in the password or type it in and it takes 5 or 6 times for it to log me in. It doesn't give me a failed login message like it would for an incorrect login it just takes me back to the homepage not logged in and I have to try it again. This was happening once in a while and I figured I was making a mistake but now it is every day and even when I copy and paste in the password it takes multiple tries.

I'm having the same problem, cleaned out cache and the only way in is trough the login in connect support

I use a free program called CCleaner. It works fine for me.

I notice that Wimpy is on a different server than those of us having this problem.

Clearing the cache has not worked for me. Something changed in the August maintenance, and it affected the login on the home page but not the login on the support page.

Hello everyone! Notice that you are all having problems logging in.

Try Cleaning your Cache/Cookies. If it doesn't work, try switching to a different Browser. Also Restart your computer when you Clear your Cache and Cookies.

I have this problem as well, but I've found a solution that doesn't require clearing the cache or restarting the computer. When you're on the Settlers Online homepage, click the "Register" button on the right. Then use the Uplay or Facebook buttons on the registration panel to login. It always works for me when the top bar won't let me login.
