Invitation of BK adv doesn't declined after 8 hrs when not accepted

Yesterday before the extended server shut down i sent out a BK loot invitation to my friend lucy1023, she does not check the mail before the server shut down.

Now she still have no invitation mail showing in her box and my loot spot shows occupied by her showing not accepted yet. Isn't supposed to be automatically declined if the loot spot didn't receive by her after 8 hrs? Now it has been close to 24 hrs. We will keep waiting to see whether it would be declined, but if someone could check this for us would be better. Thank you!

I currently have same problem with Valiant Little Tailor, been at least 24 hours and I can't invite anyone else.

this has happened to me with victor.
the timer may restart if you attack at least one camp
