    refresh/clear cache

Ever since Friday I have been unable to login on my laptop. The game loads up until it is loading the map then it crashes and says Failed to connect, click to refresh. The game has failed to load a file. Then Please clear your browser cache and try again. I have cleared the cache over and over and it does the same thing. The game loads and runs perfectly on my desktop.

Ok can anyone help me? I got a reply from my help ticket, but nothing worked. I am using a google chromebook.

They said clear cookies & cache which I have done over and over now.
They said try a different browser....like chrome.... but I can only use chrome on a chromebook lol.
They said make sure you are using up to date browser, but on a chromebook, it auto-updates.
They said make sure I am using latest version of flash, but on a chromebook it uses some special version? Anyone know if this is true?
They said to clear the Flash cache, which I'm pretty sure I did correctly... it's web based on chromebook.

I've even gone so far as to 'powerwash' the laptop and reset it, about the only other thing I think I can do is deinstall the chrome os and perform a recovery on the laptop. This seems quite involved and probably not necessary. I think it's a flash problem, because the game loads fine up until the buildings would show, then it boots me out with the above error messages.

Are you only experiencing this problem on your chromebook or are you also getting this issue when logging in on other machines?

I haven't used Chromebook so can't say, but I know Chrome has it's own flash version. If it works like Chrome it has pepperflash. Type "about:Plugins" in the address bar and it should bring up the list.

The pepperflash should look something like this
    C:\...Google\Chrome\Application\29.0.1547.62\Peppe rFlash\pepflashplayer.dll

    The Adobe version
    C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_11_7_70 0_202.dll

Can enable and disable either one, at least in regular Chrome.
