game not loading

hi,
facing this problem since 1 hr...
i am trying to load the game but it wont load...
works fine until login, but when i press the PLAY NOW button, a blank page comes up and then nothing beyond that... no game loading
I tried to refresh, clear cache, restart pc, change browser, everything.. still same problem exists
I am using chrome atm
plz help me asap

i have same problem i try Firefox and i try google chrome and have clean cache , restart pc , clean abode flash player cache and even java cache but noting seem to work. i hope that server maintains will fix the problem.

Windows 8 pro
2 gb ram
hd radeon 5450
intel i5-2310
Browers -
google chrome 29.0.1547.62m
Firefox 24.0 i`m using beta.
Internet explorer 10.0.9200.16540

I can post img if it is needed Please Fix the error P.S it work well on internet explorer Hmm maybe game have not yet newer flash player support.
P.P.S on my dad pc i wont work on any of this brower even internet explorer i just get black screen

I'm having the same issue. Web service looks to be confused.

Me too. In game I get a weird flicker, then a bubble asks me to clear cache. After I do that it's white screen nothingness. Other browsers don't help. Re-start doesn't help.

edit: Left it alone at at the play now button and did some other stuff for about an hour and it works again.

Still happening. Have tried all the above. Our family won't get today's login bonuses now. Not a good maintenance event unfortunately...

I have the same issue. Just get a black screen. My browser cache empties each time I close my FF. Also all temp is empty. I work in Computer Security so I know what to clear and how to be running safe. This is a maintenance that needs re-looked at I think. I too will loose out on bonus if not done by Friday. Hope for a fix soon.

P.S Now using Google Chrome 29.0.1547.66 m
P.S.S From Google chrome 29.0.1547.62 m to 29.0.1547.66 m there was Flash update maybe that is why it worked
