Re-Set Log-In counter

Hi,

I'm a new player. I have logged in at least once every day (more than that for sure) and on my 7th day I noticed I was back to one. I thought maybe I'd misunderstood that page, so on the next day I looked carefully and sure enough I was back to day two for no reason. I sent an in-game mail that day, but after no response maybe that's too formal for something just a little glitchy so now that I'm on day 3 I'm here. Is there a way to fix this?

This is working as intended. On day seven, the gem reward is received and then the cycle starts over. Every seven days you login in a row you get gems!
