PVP has arrived. BUT we're still last to get it!

Looks like PVP Arena does exist with Settlers online.

But unfortunately, we're last to know about it since there are no Dev Diary about it for us.

The Chinese UBISoft decided to make Settlers Online PvP available for the Chinese.

If you go to http://www.ubisoft.com

Select China from the top right corner drop down menu.
(You'll need to use google chrome to have it auto translate for you since I figure most of you don't read Chinese.)

Look for the settlers online. It will take you to the Chinese settlers online site:

The Chinese settlers Online entered open beta recently (august 28th).

They actually have the pvp arena there already.

LoL since Ubisoft owns Settlers, I'm sure its released the Chinese dev teams to create at their leisure? and this is what they've come up with, I am soooo wondering how many devs are from E lolol perhaps it will be cool I played E for 3 1/2 years....

If we were to get the same PVP as the one on Ubi china TSO has, i will be happy if PvP never come to our TSO.. It will most likely end up in utter failure!

but luckily the story for us could be different.. from what i have learnt Chinese TSO is a different thing, though it can be accessed through ubisoft's website, it is not part of the original the settlers online we play.. which means they have their own Developer team who has created a PVP to their market.. Below is the list of countries that are listed on the original TSO that we play.. China is not on list!



However, we know that Ubi has an office in Shanghai and they have TSO there.. but like i said earlier, guess they have a different Dev team with different game features..

OK lets understand what Mr_Grimm means by license, this is my opinion, only my opinion, i very well could be wrong, LOL, i think though, i'm kinda close....

therefore perhaps getting the gist of what this is about or happening or can or could be...

License means- Selling legally 10 of these. Means, Ubisoft can branch out this game and other venders may reproduce it under strict guidelines of which i'm so sure UBISOFT has...

Ok so say i own, xxxxx game dev business, and i want a new venture, i look in the market, and see that Settlers is up for PVP dev.. and i submit, they accept, i've got 3 years to dev this... and if they like it then, i've now hopefully gotten offered a partnership or hey better yet, Ubisoft wants to buy me!

Which is why, for me! lol being half Chinese as well as my 1st n longest played online MMO E- is a Chinese production... so ya i'm soooo interested in seeing what theyre going to offer.. since E is a totally ruthless MMO LoL i shall be quite happy getting back to my mean as sicself....
Believe me when i tell you.. i am not a nice person, therefore i really do like tactical war games... I wish they'd hurry the _ up..... !!!
