Any tangible benefits of Major General?

As far as adv strategies? Talking strictly about "military" advantages... I have ran several simulations for 270 , mostly for the "boss" camps and in huge majority of cases there were none or very minor benefits of using 270 vs 250 general... I think the biggest difference i found was last camp of Traitors where 270 gen saves you 90R ... have any of you found anything better?

I think the biggest benifit is going to be for the players that don't spend money and didn't get an easter Vet.

saving 20r in a 100r attack is a big save for me, 20% less losses
also saves some more expensive troops in some adventures, outlaws will be R loss only
and reducing rounds per attack, will probably allow a few new blocks

Like the little boy said when he peed in the ocean: Every little drop counts.

that's what i was hoping for, maybe not outright less losses but ability to devise new blocks due to less rounds required!

We won't see a lot of benefit on any 1-round battles. If you take cavalry, you can take 20 more, and reduce losses by a few.

In the multi-round battles, the extra cannons can change the way a battle is approached, and take out a lot more faster.

Wujcio- There is benefits of 270, faster kills on Leaders using k, of course with additional 20k, I've found it to be much faster. Therefore if you are the kind of player that counts flags, this is huge difference.
Personally, when I run adventures, I am always taking chances, and end up loosing tons therefore this General is perfect for me because it is kinder to my testing.
For example: Version 2 Fairy Tale
    Total Troops 120602
    Loss 34988
    35,434
    29,834
    43923
    36908
    Total Troops 120,602
    Total Loss 101,730
    Version1 was like 143,000
Version3 was less and of course Version 3.1 u can see my stats... I have 270 stats listed there as well. I tested the 270 so severely i' was shocked I didn't loose it. I can't play with out it now on Testing server, I've gotten so accustomed to how it works. Although, guide designing I must still test with 250, I find myself using my 250's as I would my bfg's and that's to waste em in W1: W2: attacks...

The point is this simple- The Fairy Tale Adventures are Meant to Run with 3 Vets, 2-250 and 1-270. They are the most sophisticated Adventures we've ever had, and they provided a General to do them with. Fine tune your account, get a 270. There isn't anything like it ... I don't care what anyone says.

I think if I remember, Valliant little Tailor, challenge, Driller finally figured it, and used 3 vets which included his 270 to win. It is also the reason why I started using 2R 2Norm blocks and 270, w/250 W1.

My recommendation to everyone that adventures and is Level 48-50, get ur Fairy Castle, concentrate on Leveling it to 5, and do everything you can to make beanstalks for the 270... I will be revamping all my adventures to include it. After inputting my sends for it in fairy tale adv - hall of fame for simu, of course I would recommend it to Everyone, It should be your goal!

Stats- Data used above is based upon data my testings to each adventure provided to BB_Devs Asiapak Kaventsmann as well as maps for Wiki etc etc etc

PS_ I don't know about another players in Guild, myself I don't play Live very much, lately though I have - I've been doing everything I can to aid our host Jellico to get her 270 Genl... I feel it is our priority, therefore she can help us in the end do the Raid Adventures... LoL although, I guess mybad, how many guilds have the #1 female player on Ares as host, whoops...

I hope when you do revamp your guides for 270 general you also leave the 250 and 200 general guides as they are. Not everyone is 45+ already and not everyone has the 270 gen

Pinkleet... of course I wont take them out... what I try to always do is include sends to all camps and leaders for all the players no matter what ur level is... meaning my guides will be 200, 250, 270 (I test adv adventures using just 200 genls, is hard to do) lolol
Revised so far- Bandits, Traitors, Horseback (is really cool now go see)...

in Answering Wujcio, concerning 270, my answer please know is directed to players levels 48 to 50.
