I need help - Please read this

Hello, I am a player from the brazilian server of The Settlers Online and I must admit the game is lovely and I highly enjoy it, I even bought diamonds (In-game cash currency) to invest in my gameplay.

Problem is : I got banned. Permanently.

Reason : I complained, in global chat, about the conduct and behavior of the brazilian moderation "staff" and got a BB member angry at me.

So, long story short, I want to retrieve my account, since I spent more than 50 USD in it and I do not want to let my hard work and money go to a waste just because I do not agree with the way the moderation acts, in my original server.

This is in no way a criticism regarding the moderation (At least not in this server...) but a humble request for the community os US The Settlers Online to help me get my island back, please... I am desperate and cannot face my island being permanently destroyed for such a silly reason...

I beg you all, please help me on how to get it back...

I already made a ticket appealing to the support in my server. Politely and telling how I miss my account, of course.

I doubt there is anything the players can do about this. Such decisions are made by the admins and are usually final. Player appeals would be irrelevant. Further, since we don't know you or the history of how you got banned (other than your description), I doubt most folks would want to get involved.

I do know, from being a moderator myself (in other games, never for BB) that players are not banned lightly. Whatever happened, it was likely more than one incident and far less civil than you make it sound. For that reason, I would not want to get involved. I'm sorry, but that's just how it is.

It may help to remember this is just a game, and no one forced you to invest real money in it. It is possible to achieve all the game goals without spending any money - it just takes longer that way.

Maybe it's time to move on, taking the lessons learned with you when you find a new game to play.

But really... What are the chances to get my account back through an appeal? Really, in my original server they ban like crazy for the most insignificant reasons.

I thought only cheaters, exploiters and scammers were permanently banned.

Send a ticket, located in the TSO homepage, ask them for 2 things, a report card on your actions that led to a ban, and then ask if you can return.

Remember to read the rules posted in the forums, if you insult another player, cussing, and rude comments can get you a temporary ban. keep doing those actions will lead to a permanent ban.

Well, I asked them and appealed to remove the permanent ban in my account, they said no many times.

No devolutions to money, either.

Any ideas?
