Effiluna- I have an idea- how about you don't even respond to players who just want to tell you that the freebies are BS...? Just a thought. A sidenote- understanding the level of players on Zeus would eliminate a lot of this type of thing. The players above aren't wrong but nor is it worthwhile to tell you guys that freebies suck. Most long term players have pretty good ideas. Dev's should build their "good idea list" based off of player suggestions....

I tried to stay 'neutral in my message. I did say thank you right? (positive). But sometimes you need general negative response to improve the game experience.

This is called 'feedback' from a player who actually plays the game. And not developers sitting around coming up with 'non-sense' to dish out at players.

It's like posting on the news "hey it's fisherman's day. and we're going to give you some fish players and fish deposits' come back and play settlers! we miss you.

You think long time players who have quit the game or happen to be browsing news are going to be jumping back into playing the game?

If I had quit playing this game or took a break, I definitely' wouldn't be excited to see that.

Stadium snacks on the other hand was a good mailout! So thank you so much for that.

not to start a snowball, but i think DreadGod nailed it.

Most of the players in Zeus are level 50+ (the active ones are) and so a cute 200 resources doesn't even sharpen a butter knife.

For instance, i get 80 granet on my 6th day of being active. please try to scale 80 granet to 1,000 granet required for basic upgrades...

Now, not totally complaining here, to place it in perspective, 1 granet is worth approx. 1.5 coins, so 120 coins is cool. But still, its 250 on average for the basic upgrade, and can reach 5,000 gc for the barracks or provisions house. (or bookbinder)

What does these numbers equal to? lots of resources. Now, 100 gems a week is great! i do not know what the exact ratio for gems/gc is, but everyone wants gems... so, why not gems instead?
