I got my mother to play this game. She has tried countless times to buy gems and was refused on TSO end. Guess they are rich now and do not want any more money......

Brooke what server is she playing, TSO- u mean our testing server? pls let me know, i'm so sure its a error, cuz tso u cannot buy gems of course u know this... so maybe they have her mixed up ... time for support ticket? let me no on test server kk

A BB can give you a phone # to call to switch or register your credit card to your in game account which will enable you to buy gems

tso= The Settler's Online...not test server. I just abbreviated rather than type it out. She has used her pay pal account many times over on another game. I still use my pay pal account on THIS game..but it will not take PayPal account for her. She called the PayPal folks and they told her they approved it..but it was rejected on "The Settlers Online" end. Same with her visa card...and the prepaid visa she bought just for the game when all else failed. Each time she called..was told they rejected on the other end.

And ty TrueHead, but since a BB has not responded (except for an email I sent to one..who said they would forward to support) she nor I have had any response from the BBs.
