GQ not allowing me to finish

This is the 3rd time this has happened in a row and the second time I have reported it. I currently have a Guild Quest that requires me to pay 230 wheat and produce 50 marble. The quest will not let me pay the resources (it does say they are available) and it will not recognize the production of my 50 marble even though I have exhausted 2 marble mines.

I am losing out on the ability to gain Guild Coins and the Guild thinks that I am not participating in Guild Quests. Please assist asap.

I'm not sure how guild quests work, but try producing the marble through the Production House (ie. stones to marble).
