No rewards and I think the quest resets when the collectibles reset...; there seems to be some sort of progression (I've seen collect X/11 as well as x/14).
Anyone knows if this quest is leading somewhere?

i think it's only purpose is let you know how many items are on the map
that would make sense.
I'd rather have BB do it as a counter on the bar (maybe next to pop-tab) than a quest (QOL issue).
And why are then different amounts on items on the map? Lv dependent?
Yes I think it is simply so that you know when to stop looking. And I have had anywhere from 8 to 18 to find so it does seem pretty random.
The Collect All quest is just to show how many is on your island. Anywhere from 5 to 25 can show up on your island at one time.
The Collect All quest isn't a quest. Real quests give rewards.
If something can go wrong, it will.
Having these is really stupid and annoying. A waste of programming resources of the design team to have it spam quests for this. If the purpose was to remind us to look for collectibels, then all they have to do is have it as part of the notes or intro screen. Really even that is overkill. Serioualy how hard is it to tell people one time, "Hey look for items on your island to make a buff"
Yeah but collectibles are not always easy to see. So how would you know from a note if you are done or not. You might keep looking when you have found them all. For me it is nice i get to find the collectibles, i know how many there are and i know when i am done. So what if it pops up multiple times a day i mean 2 times is not a horrible thing. Again i am glad they are telling us when they respawn and how many. It actually makes things much nicer.
Would be nice if it gave us a random rare collectible as a reward.
