Bugged bookbinder

Do you have a collectible in the mayors house? My bookbinder stalled after maintenance last week, I had a collectible I had forgotten about. I collected the collectible and refreshed, everything has been working good ever since. I've been making books and collectibles daily, no problems. I cleared cache too while I was refreshing the game, not sure if that had anything to do with it though.

I just checked my Mayors house and I have no collectibles and it is still re-setting...now 7 days with no production.

My bookbinder has been going for 2 days now and still has 16 hours to go.

Here are pages upon pages of the same problem with no fix in sight. This is unreal, they need to compensate everyone with the problem daily.

Just a note, if this is a bug, then Blue Byte should be providing the gems.

Hi guys,

I know the bookbinder bug has been very frustrating, but rest assured that the devs are aware of the issue and have been working on a fix for it. The patch notes for 11/14 have been published with a hopeful fix for the bookbinder "Bookbinder production is no longer reset after the building is upgraded or moved." book binder has been stuck for almost a week .not making anything.want reset.

Hope they resolve the issue soon. When i contacted support they gave me the gems and suggested I not make any more books until it is fixed. When there is a fix made will we be notified?

We have now sent you 200 gems. The gems are to be used to auto complete the book that is stuck in a loop. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I haven't moved or upgraded my bookbinder since the week it was released. So is mine fixed? It's been over 5 weeks now.
