Bugged bookbinder

My book binder just keeps going from 17 hours to 19 hours and back and forth but will not give me manuscript. I reported this and got a response and gems to complete it but that is just one manuscript. I need many of them and have wasted time and materials trying to make these. I see this has been an issue for months and months so why cant they fix it or do away with it. I have a license tied up on something that is doing me no good. I sure am not going to spend money on a game that cant get an issue fixed any faster than this. I agree with someone that said people having this issue should be sent manuscripts or whatever they are having the issue with. Two to Three weeks of not producing correct is a lot of manuscripts and would appreciate the game sending me some to hold me over till they can fix it.

I also have same problem but now I see other things messed up...like the production bar on a quest (acquire 100 copper ore) goes backward when I log off..checked it twice in a 5 min span.....yep...it's screwed up as well....now I wonder how many other things are messed up that I haven't noticed.

I'm trying to put the bookbinder back in. My builder will get there and the bookbinder will delete. I have refreshed 5 times and even cleaned my browser. What is going on?

My bookbinder never ends. It just keeps refreshing how long my manuscript will take to be done without me ever doing anything. I haven't paid enough attention to see if I'm getting anything made, but I can't change what is being made at all. I really need to make a book and can't.

Some have said in global that if u have a collectable buff waiting in ur mayor's house u need to pick it up and the bookbinder will resume. You may want to check that out.

And afterwards? When we've got the 200 gems, and just can't use that feature that is heavily time dependent?

Unfortunately, this bug has continued to elude us. The potential fix in the last patch proved incorrect. The GM and dev teams are still trying to find the root cause of the issue, but what would be helpful from you guys is any additional information about the cause of the bug. If you believe you've found the cause of the bug and/or have reproduce-able steps, please comment in this thread or send a ticket in through the Support tool. Thanks for your patience.

The bookbinder bug occurs when you have a buff waiting to be picked up in mayor house- so pick up your buff and your bookbinder will be fixed.
