Also having the problem..was able to kill the first golem and then I made the mistake of making extra hearts in the Prov House for future use...only problem is I received the quest and no Golem.
I'm also having the same issue. Two golems so far, but have a third quest. If anyone has a golem spawn on their island after getting the quest, will they please post that here or in a new thread?

I'm going to merge this with the other golem missing threads. As for an update, the first part of the Golem respawn fix will be implemented will take place during additional maintenance on Wednesday, October 23, from 12 AM PDT (3 AM EDT) to 1 AM PDT (4 AM EDT).
The final fix for the Golem respawn issue will be implemented during the regular maintenance on Wednesday, October 23, at 11:45 PM PDT (2:45 AM EDT).

It would be helpful if 'first part' and 'second part' would include a bit more explanation. I've just logged in again, its past 12, and still no golem. SO if the first part meant to fix that, it didnt work.
Golem still hasnt respawned. What were we to expect from phae 1 of the fix? Will it be fixed tomorrow?
I got my second golem this morning, very easy to kill.
Nice to have the 20 pumpkins. But, about time!!
