Ok, filled out and sent a ticket to support. It took 20 seconds. A couple to click into support, 12 to write, and a couple to copy the part below and click send.

That is the reply above. We will see how long it takes. :-)

yeah they said they were giving out reward for this weeks stress test 2 days ago, and nobody got it that i know of...

If we can create high server load, an Easter gift package will be sent on Friday to all regular game accounts of all language versions that have been active this week.
