Password change

Can someone put a detailed explanation how to change the game password on my account.
The support faq says the game profile has an option....and it does not...
using the forum password change wouldnt accept my game password to change the password....

I reset the password using forum reset, after reset changed it to a new password....and still can only log into the game using my old password from before the reset.

Sent in a support ticket and only got an automated response....

any help on how to reset the game password would be appreciated, thx


Figured it out on my own guess I had to go to U-plays own website and change account info there......the link that is supplied in the account faq for this game really should be updated with correct information related to reseting passwords.....thanks anyways, hopefully customer service will improve a bit on this one.

almost same issue here, problems with facebook account and want to shift to mail and password option, how can I do that?

To change your password, you need to login to your account at uplay. Link

hello, that does not solve my issue, I log in through facebook and now I had issue with them. how can I change to mail+password log in option?

That will require some Support work to change. You'll need to send in an email to account.support@castleempireonline.com.
