Review on the Christmas Event!

Hello everyone,

Yesterday marked the start of the testing for the Christmas Event, and on the 14th there will be a more complete version.

Ill get to posting the updates ASAP, however my main computer is being wiped clean of its dirty stains, brightened up and repolished so my updates will be a little slow.

As always, what is posted here does not represent the final product, and i am not a spokes person for Blue Byte and its Devs, etc... (i always have to post that to avoid being banned )

Here is a short rundown for November 14 test update. (note if i know the Dev's, it wont happen until the 15, but fingers crossed!)

There will be Gifts, 4 Adv's, new collectibles, approx 6 new buffs, Marble to granite transfer in the provision house and Decorations.

Buildings include:

Deerstalker Hut
Coal Workyard (new building?)
Arctic Iron Mine
Provision house II (new building!?!?)

Well im on tsotesting right now, and besides the usual torture chamber of quests (Devs please fix that!) it looks fairly cool.

24 day calendar: Every day you are given a few awards, with a mega award of a gold tower! The 2 days i tried (you can unlock the doors early with gems) gave me 100 stone and 150 coal (wow thx devs, coal gee...)

Every 6 days there is something of greater value than normal, like books, magic beans, and buffs. (though i have always hated buffs so idk about that)
(note you must open all the doors to get the gold tower, so get active!)

The new production house produces different buffs, and its look is separated by a green roof. (cannot be upgraded)
Ill talk more on the buffs, the devs forgot to say what they do on some of them.
(also it isn't upgradeable and cannot do normal buffs, and im sorry to say that its still only 25 buffs at a time)

And so far there is no new decor! only whats from last year.

Also the new Coal Workyard is in, but it is called the recycling manufactory... so i guess it may just be a place holder, or the devs just got the name wrong and it isn't a new building after all.

I really like the availability of the Gold Tower if a player is active enough during the Christmas Event! Plus, BB keep those Recyclers coming every Christmas. If I can get enough of those I will drop Cokers from my island entirely. I would rather use the logs to make paper.

Any idea how we get the gold tower? And are they tradeable?
