I posted in the technical issue, but wanted to know if we were the only ones.
Since the last maintenance on Nov 20, 2013, we have not been getting guild quests on a regular basis. They are not showing up at daily reset and if we have one active, when reset occurs, we are not getting a waiting one. For example, yesterday our guild quest showed up at about 4pm CST (it took over 12 hours for this one to show up after we finished the last one...and yes we complete them in a pretty timely fashion) and when reset occurred four hours later at 8pm CST, we got no waiting. Then, today reset occurred at 8pm and again, no waiting. We just finished yesterday's 4pm guild quest about 9pm CST and still do not have a new one at 10:30pm CST.
Anyone else having them show up at weird times and not getting waiting ones at reset?
