Chrome:TheSettlersonline.net contains malware

This could simply mean the malware has defeated the security of those other browsers and Chrome is the only one who has caught it.

We are aware of the issue and are currently investigating it further. The issue only seems to be affecting the game when users are logging in with the Chrome browser; Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari are not affected. We have implemented a workaround and you should be able to log in to the game using Chrome now. We will update you once we have more information. Thanks for your patience!

I just heard today that the NSA has put people in as players on several on line games. WOW was mentioned.

Use IE to play Ares-Microsoft wont allow this to go on for very long, I've sent a report to MSDN, via my imac with all the source codes. I traced the hack, and gave them that too.... I also sent the hack a back burn to try to see what he is about.... lol kinda think that if it allowed me to do that, then dang. ______ & _______ where are you? where are the big hackers of our game, get ur bums moving dudes and fix this...

i'm so sure there are so many dudes that can back hit this underground diseased bonehead, and ruin his stuff... why leave it to the big dudes when its small time hack that's amid... gettem guys.... if I knew how i'd do it for reals...

Okey, in the first post of this topic, I desribed a problem. After that there was the malicious site issue, that was probably solved. However, my problem is still on. I have to use a USA proxy to reach the main page correctly to log in. Pls help me.

likely a false report, as it is calling all the .png pictures in the home page as the malware

Why have protection from malware if you do not intend to protect yourself.

In regards to cempire.org, It was often getting the same warning page when it first appeared on the scene.

Additionally, I have had an index file download when navigating to cempire from my bookmarks.



For this to happen on thesettlersonline.net is more than disturbing.

Should I log out and watch my email?
