Bug with Daily Quest, Can't finish it!

I have met the requirement of the daily quest "new land", but the "claim reward" button doesn't show.
I have sent resources to my friends back and forth, again and again. I have changed browsers. But none of the methods I have tried worked.

My daily quest, Titanium Shortage, won't finish either.
Been like that for a few days.
