Can't get in game

I can't get past the loading screen to actually get in game(it's a nice picture of Santa btw). I've had lag issues the past couple of days. I am playing on chrome but have tried firefox and ie.

I've been trying for 4 hours.

Hey Jethil, have you tried going to http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/play directly and seeing if it loads? It's also possible you have firewall / ip filter enabled that's blocking the site or something in your hosts file (windows) is redirecting it to a different site.

Chrome was incorrectly telling me this was an attack site a few days ago, so maybe stick to Firefox, update your flash plugin (if it isn't already), clear the cache and try again.
