Mayor's House Collection: Basket of Presents not counting down time.

I have collected the 25 of each Christmas collectable and told it to complete the Basket of Presents in the Mayor's house collection tab, but it has been at "1 h 0 min" for about 5 hours now. What gives?

Same issue here, been over a day. Gem complete works on it... although I wish it hadn't now I'm out 30 gems. Tried it a second time and same issue. Any ideas?

Do you have a book in the bookbinder that needs to be 'picked up'? Then refresh game.
