when i click play now i get the Zone Error msg

Cookies and cache clearing doesn't work.

Just wait a few hours. They have an automated script that self fixes the problem. The only problem that can't be fixed by their script is occasional deletion of buildings. Only support can do building restores.

I lost 4 frozen manors and 1 noble. from deleting too fast and placing buildings over the delete areas too fast.

Thx for the information Ron. This just occurred to me, sent in a ticket for it. I think it just occurred to me when I was deleting a noble and it crashed when I went to put a frozen manor in it's place.

Zone error Crash #11 , 12 , 13 oh why count anymore.
Happened over the weekend. lost over 24hrs of gameplay.
I'm requesting some sort of compensation this time.
