Missing road segments and unable to move buildings

During the event if I build roads and log off, mine are also not there when logging back in.
I bet things will get better soon. Just give the BB's the time to correct the server

I'm having a problem with new roads I'm building missing segments when I log out for a while and then log back in.Does anyone know whats going on or experiencing same issue?How does it get fixed?

was doing a mass re-arranging of my island and after about 3 sectors were arranged moving a builing dropped me from my island and told me to contact support in a pop up.

It's been back for a while, I had this problem a month ago then about 3 days ago again. I contacted Support and their response was: Oh ya, just wait it out pretty much. I was not thrilled. I don't complain a lot on their actions. But if that's it, then I'm not seeing what they promised us for a while coming to light.

I am also receiving this error. It just started tonight after moving a few buildings.

I am too, I just started it tonight by tore down a few noble residents and built a few frozen manors and that contact support window pop up and then that was it. I couldn't log in my game no more. I hope they will take care of that bug soon.

It's a known bug. It has NEVER been fixed. After you tear down a building. You wait 5 min or so. Then you construct the other one then you don't have this problem. This is my advice, if you deconstruct and reconstruct too quick the game crashes. You will not be able to log in for about 3-7 hrs. Sometimes more, and very rarely you will lose everything. (ie they reset your account)

ezequiel_sarkar, if need be i can go to gmail and pull the contact slip up between me and BB.

This was a known issue over a month ago, the mods added a time after moving buildings trying to fix this, did not work
the mods removed the move building button for a couple weeks
the mods added the move building button, the problem was fixed for the mass majority of players including myself and lordstevie as well as a few others,
within the last week it looks like the issue has returned

Oh I know they believe it was fixed, but if it's back, obviously it was never fixed in my book. They attempted it. Failed. It's somewhere else in the code that causes this problem.

Update: Everything is working fine now.
