This building seems like it needs to be readjusted to be more EPIC.
Currently, you can only get it from Epic store with 20,000 beans (that's a lot of beans).
It's an odd shaped building "T-Shape" taking up the space of 4 nobles size (2x2) - or rather 4 Frozen Manor size.
The T shape of this building makes it very limited in terms of island placement and limited on how many you can really use or even want to buy. You can't really buy an unlimited about of this because it just doesn't fit everywhere like a normal building (2x2). You are further limited in placement because people have a production already setup with storehouses for efficiency, and not a lot of people are willing to move/demolish storehouses to relocate their production just to place this building.
So we know the building has a limited placement.
The BIGGER problem is that this building is only 500 population.
A Frozen Manor is 140. 4 Frozen Manors is 560.
4 Frozen Manors has more flexibility since you can place 4 manors anywhere on the map and you will end up with more than 500 population space.
In order to make this building more EPIC. I recommend that it gets adjusted to be at least 560!! AT LEAST is probably not good enough.
Maybe 565 ? 570??
I would really like to buy this building with my beans. But the cost and the population count just doesn't make it very appealing at all.
Please reconsider making this adjustment.
Future Building Game Design:
I realize that its hard to design epic buildings but you guys should design buildings that are desirable. If you introduce another EPIC building for population, consider different sizes and value that doesn't make older ones obsolete.
For example, if you made a Bone Castle (similar to the one in Dark Priest adventure map). It's shape is 2x3 (similar to the Improved Warehouse). That's a nice building structure size And I wouldn't mind it being about 210 or more.
Since 3 frozen manors would equal 2 Bone Castles. I would still use the Bone Castles because it's odd shape I can place where 2 frozen manors can't be placed.
