    Cant build on sector

    Right now I have six sectors, for some reason I cant build on any of my other three sectors???!!! I also cant even find deposits on those three sectors! I am %100 sure that there is no bandit camps on those three sectors and everything is claimed by me. Please help me with this problem/bug!
