As far as I know, that is the only way to boost a low lvl, did you see matonsabog' It jumped him from lvl22 - 38.

As for best chance of first spawn, I'm not sure why you care except are you guys thinking that using RS instead of WPP brings more XP?
if this is the case, I don't think there is consistency, as it takes in consideration the player' current level and xp. I believe other more important factors apply. For example:

Suggestion: Have the low level player attack as many bandit leaders as possible, then have him use his Dest Unit/s to take down WT. I'd also have him attack it first. This is just my opinion.

By the way, we are intensely testing a theory by eborg for BLT, will let everyone know how this goes... and this is for exp chasers...

50 cant' gift WPP or RS to anyone but other 50s or the gift just stays in the mailbox until that player has reached lvl 50 Draconus.

MSE is a broken mechanic as it allows people below 50 to just skip a ton of grinding content. The devs IMO should never have released MSE without making it exclusive to lvl 50s.

LordB, once the event ends. Barely anyone below lvl 50 will have it because of how you need to get MSE is through SE only. And not a lot of people below lvl50 will be running that map to just get MSE.

MSE actually encouraged me to hit lvl 50 now otherwise I wasn't interested in hitting lvl 50 anytime soon.

LOL I doubt that will be the case... by the end of the event I will probably have 100+ of each (MSE RBN) in my star menu and I doubt I am nearly as prepared as some...

And the way it stands now is anyone below 50 could grind out some MSE and then for every 4 (wpp) have a good chance at getting 150k exp from 4 simple clicks of a mouse button.. For star coins its no big deal, however for Experience I just think MSE was poorly thought out.
