I need a resource adventure and aquired Outlaws. I think I did it once before. I am level 35. When I want to start it the button is whited out/disabled.

outlaws is a 26+ lvl adventure so you should be able to do it
might be 36 to do it. anyways - at 35 outlaws IS NOT a good adv to do. do IoTP instead
More of the same "new" content with a different bow? I will give more of the "same" towards my gem accumulation.
Actually the issue resolved, I could start it now, but I did the IoTP instead. Thx
