Rarity 100%- then recyclers- then deerstalkers (tho if u are struggling with presents you can easily sell deerstalkers for more presents than it costs in xmas shop and use those to buy the other items)
Depending on ur lvl, first Rarity PH (this may not have any value for you but who knows what future plans they may have for it) and then two recyclers anything after that is gravy
yes 1k presents is alot. but you'll regret not getting it later when it's just a gem non-tradable item. it's alot easier to save up 990 gems than the 1700+ or how much ever it will cost later

I think it is always easiest to determine what you will get. If you know you will get them all then order doesnt really matter. I knew i would get them all so got the recyclers first because then i could get them upgraded to level 5 faster. Its really only important to decide what to get first if you wont get them all.
always get first the limited non tradeable items, so PH and recyclers, huts you can trade for coins so, i would leave them for last
