    Exclamation being declined for gem purchase

    the system keeps giving me a decline error. I have verified with both my cards and Papal that the payments are being approved but shop is not accepting the payments... I have been trying to contact support for 2 days on this and no response...

    I have posted here, sent 4 tickets, used Facebook and Twitter.. still no response...

    Just tried to use an Ultimate Game Card and that declined as well... WTF

    No one has even replied to answer questions so I know what the or when the ....

    they might have closed down for the holidays. by that i mean support might not be there

    Hey VaclavH, I just had the Same Issue, I contacted PlaySpan by Phone 877 - 703 - 6339. and gave the Guy the Code from the Ultimate Play Card and he forced the Order Through. What is happening, they have a Security Feature which, If your purchase history is Abnormal, then it will automatically reject your purchase. For Example, I've never bought Gems before, so I bought some and just tried to buy another back to back and it kicked on my purchase. Anyways, give them a call and see if they can force it through for you as well. Better hurry, they only open another 45 mins.
