Thanks for the Usual Christmas GEM Sale

So, after waiting forever for a NICE 100% Gem Sale (which by the way usually comes the day before and on Christmas) I notice NO SALE what so ever on the Zeus Server. I have personally spend a lot of gems this event and was waiting for the usual Christmas Sale, ONLY to find out we DID NOT GET ONE. So, who is the scrooge this year at the USA Server's.?

I am also on the German Server and they had a 100% Gem Sale yesterday or their Christmas Day. I guess this comes down to a true favoritism of the servers and on the game.

Who is in charge of the marketing for this game, EPIC FAIL on your part. You come out with a GREAT EVENT and then you go and blow it by not giving us a GREAT GEM SALE, not to mention, even matching the other servers.

WHY the favoritism for certain servers and the lack of even giving us the same here in the USA and on the Zeus Server.

Is this your idea of helping the players who support this game and a way to us who support this game actually help support it.? I have personally given out Ultimate Gaming Cards to my guildee's for them to purchase Gems. Maybe it is time to tell them to use those cards on another games, where the game actually helps it players who support them.

Am I venting, let's see. Broken games, Zone Server crashes, multiple support tickets, NO REAL RESPONSE from anyone and you want me to continue to support this game, when other servers get better sales and sales we DO NOT GET.

So, if this how you really expect us to feel, like we are just the bottom of the servers and we do not matter you are succeeding.?

Please don't delete this thread, as what I stated above is 100% factual and 100% the truth. In deleting it, it will show that BB just wants to hide and cover up the outrage that our server, Zeus, is neglected and in fact due a MASSIVE GEM SALE.

I grabbed my money out of the Christmas stocking awaiting the Big Gem sale.
Every hour went by and still nothing happened.
I feel like the player should not be the one to request to spend real money on
this game. I enjoy TSO enough to want to spend money.
I also like a good deal. 20% is no that exciting.
I'll only spend money on this game if it is 100% or larger.

I have been playing this a long time and will continue to do so. I just ask when can our server get
the same deals as the other servers ?

It also sends a clear message to players that resources are being siphoned away from this game to other IP's. So, I will send my resources elsewhere, as well.

It is pretty sad, when it is Christmas here in the USA and people want to spend REAL money on the game and gift others presents in the game. Last year, we had a long Happy Hour Sale the day before Christmas and it was a 100% gem sale. This year, the German servers get their 100% Gem Sale and we get nothing. No sale, nothing at all. Just a good old, NO maintenance for tonight message.

So, who was the scrooge this year and why didn't we get one. For those in charge, you really blew it. Like I said above, GREAT EVENT and the best so far. Yet, this level 50 and a leader of a large guild is extremely disappointed in the lack of the SAME SALE other servers got. They had the chance to give nice gifts on Christmas to others in the game and you FAILED and let them all down. Someone really messed up over there and you really owe the players here big time. This needs to be handled and shown you do care out us and the people who support the game. Without all of us, there is no game. Did you ever hear that phrase, "the customer is always right", well in this case it is not about who is right and who is wrong, it is just about what is fair for one is fair for all.

NOW, make it right and do the right thing for your customers.

Yea. I was kind of hoping for some gem sales as well. Maybe a 3x gem sales or a 100% gem sales at least.

That's okay I guess. This event was a nice event. Just wish we got a x3 gem sales to go with it.

Actually thereis a sale but the 100% bonus only applies if you spend $100. It is BS since you can only get the 100% bonus if you happen to be able to spend $100. There is no 100% bonus on the other levels. The breakdown is not accurate since you get the following
1,200 (Bonus: 700) US$ 4.99 this should 1200 bonus
3,400 (Bonus: 2,400) US$ 9.99 this should be 3400 bonus
9,600 (Bonus: 4,600) US$ 24.99 this should be 9600 bonus
22,000 (Bonus 17,000) US$ 49.99 this should be 22000 bonus
24,000 you get 48,000 (+100%!) US$ 99.99
This is false advertising and should be more like 50% bonus or whatever. Granted this is a sale but it just grates your nerves when you realize that youa re getting jipped! What if you can't spend $100? It's Christmas ! Why would you take advantage of people like this. AND there are kids playing this game who may not know the difference. You need to fix this!!!

Exactly! I had a $25 gift card I was saving for the 100% sale so I still won't be using it because the sale is only for the $100 package. Such a rip off. A day late and not a true Christmas sale. They really dropped the ball with this one. I will be using my money elsewhere.
